Hi there! I’m Tesha Cowans, and I’m excited to share my journey as the owner and coach at Swag Teacher Academy. As a certified Texas educator, with over 15 years of experience, I’ve experienced and seen firsthand how challenging teaching can be. That’s why I’m passionate about helping fellow teachers find that sweet spot of work-life balance so they can thrive in their careers without burning out. I love supporting educators in not just achieving great results but also finding joy in their teaching journey every day!

Hello, I’m Ashley, and I’m proud to serve as an Instructional Coach with Swag Teacher Academy! With 8 years of experience as a certified Texas educator, I know the journey to becoming an excellent teacher is filled with challenges, growth, and powerful breakthroughs. Over the years, I’ve developed and implemented strategies that made a real difference in the classroom and now I’m passionate about helping other educators do the same.
